On Tuesday April 9 2024, a capacity building seminar was jointly organized by the NCC and ANTIC to edify NCC staff on digital communication techniques and fight against fake news. the opening ceremony was graced with the presence of top management of both structures; the Director General of ANTIC, Prof. Ebot Ebot Enaw and Mr. Joseph Chebongkeng Kalabubsu and team. 

The topics touched by ANTIC staff during the seminar included

• Digital communication;
• The concepts of Fake news and Fact-cheking;
• Presentation of the Fact-checking; platform developed by ANTIC;
• Monitoring of information on social media;
• Digital marketing techniques.
